Malak is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a School-Based Therapist (SBT) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has a background as a preschool teacher, where she developed strong communication and teaching skills that she now applies in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Malak is passionate about expanding her expertise in ABA and is committed to providing the highest level of support to the individuals she works with.As a Lead Therapy Instructor and Certified RBT Trainer, Malak plays a key role at PBS by mentoring new RBTs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral therapy. Her dedication to professional growth and her ability to connect with clients make her a valuable asset to the PBS team
