Donia El Batrawy is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for supporting individuals in reaching their full potential through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With extensive experience working with children with autism and behavioral challenges, she is highly skilled in developing and implementing individualized ABA behavior plans.
As a hands-on leader, Donia ensures that therapy sessions are delivered with the highest quality and grounded in evidence-based practices. In her role as an RBT Trainer, she is deeply committed to mentoring new RBTs—equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide compassionate and effective care.
Donia has recently achieved her QASP-S certification, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to professional growth. Her leadership, client-centered approach, and dedication to continuous learning allow her to make a meaningful impact on both clients and colleagues.
